Professional Services Ltd. performs a wide variety of services mostly pertaining to the construction industry here on Elbow Cay.  We do so many different things it is hard to say what we specialize in.  Here is a list of some of the things we do to give you a general idea.

Water:  We have 2 reverse osmosis water maker units capable of turning saltwater into 15,000 gallons of fresh water per day.  This water is in turn pumped into our water trucks and delivered to homes all over the island on an as needed basis.  Prices are as follows.

$.12 per gallon for small truck(1650 gallon)

$.10 per gallon for large truck(2635 gallon)

We sell, service and install water makers made by S and K Watermakers. All units bought and installed from us come with a 1 year warrant which covers all parts and labor should anything break.  We also service and refit old S and K units when they start getting worn out (typically after 25,000-30,000 hours).  We will also service watermakers made by other companies but warranty work is only for S and K units within 1 year of purchase.  We also drill the wells required for the water maker unit to work.  Please call us for more information regarding our water makers.

Road work: We are able to clear property and build roads/ driveways to your specifications.  Here is a picture of one of our most recent road projects just after it was cleared.

Septic Tanks:

We manufacture 1500 gallon concrete septic tanks, as well as soak away lids.  These tanks are a lot stronger than fiber glass tank, meaning they last longer and because they are made of concrete on our sight they are less expensive than fiberglass tanks. All tanks are reinforced with fiber and steel rebar.  Here are some pictures of the mold as well as a finished tank.  We also dig the holes required for the septic tank and soak away, please call us for more information regarding our septic tanks.
